Payment
Every payment goes through escrow.
Escrow means a trusted third party holds the money in the middle. Nobody gets paid until everyone gets what they agreed to. Simple as that.
01The flow
Step 1
Buyer
Sends payment to escrow
Step 2
Escrow
Holds it safely, checks both sides
Step 3
Seller
Paid once the buyer confirms
The buyer is protected
Your money isn't sent to a stranger. It sits in escrow until you've received what you paid for.
The seller is protected
You know the money is real and already there before you hand over the keys, the title or the painting.
We never hold it
Dynamic Legal never touches client money. That removes a whole layer of risk, for everyone.
Good to know
- Who holds the money? An independent escrow account in South Africa, agreed in writing before any money moves.
- Who pays the escrow fee? Agreed upfront, in writing, as part of the deal.
- What currency? South African rand. We'll confirm the details for your deal at the start.
- Does the escrow holder see my identity? Yes, as South African law (FICA) requires. They keep it confidential and do not share it with the other side.
